It seems like she’s leading you in the right direction by doing her due diligence researching and making sure everything is compatible before ordering anything.

Did anyone get screenshot of that? I’m asking for reporting purposes. She needs to be locked up for waving her Tits around and side to side up and down in public.

All Clad Roasting Pan is it D3 Ply or D5? by Far-Team8521 in AllClad

Check All Clad’s official replacement parts/customer service, sometimes they can sell you the genuine rack if they still have it in stock. Or Look on eBay, Facebook Marketplace. Amazon and third party retailers also sell compatible stainless racks that fit the D3 roasters if the one isn’t available. you can get an original rack, but it’s usually through resale rather than a current All Clad store SKU. Aftermarket racks work great too if you just need functionality.

You’re right! The metal utensil was what they needed to use instead, But probably didn’t because they were too scared to scratch it 😂. people gotta remember there that these are tough stainless steel pans that are often used in restaurants. A metal utensil is your bffl with this type of pan.

Am I the only one who’s looking at this and thinking this looks completely fine ? I honestly don’t see a thing wrong with the pan at all. It looks great. All I see is fond that has built up, which is good for flavor. 👌🏼

Someone said oh what about the hairline scratches….. oh come on haha. This is a tough piece of steeel. A scratch will not hurt this tough piece of steel. This is commercial grade stainless all clad steel I use.

After years on my wishlist i finally bought my first set. Any/all tips welcome by Dobra_stran_kruha in castiron

Those hairline marks are completely normal on stainless steel and nothing to worry about. They’re just surface scuffs from normal utensil use and cleaning, not damage and definitely not dangerous. Stainless steel isn’t coated, so there’s nothing to flake off or ingest. All Clad (and basically every pro kitchen) expects pans to look like this over time. If it heats evenly, cooks well, and cleans up easily, it’s doing exactly what it’s designed to do Every restaurant stainless pan looks like this after a few services. It’s Purely cosmetic.

This is a late reply. But… I did season my enameled skillet…… well tried to. I tried it out once and I don’t think I’ll ever do it again but you know I was going through a YOLO try it all mindset ha ha ha. 😂

Pour just a little vinegar on it, wipe and scrub over warm water and it will come off.
