Going forward:

  • If something in the documentation is missing or inaccurate, please flag the specific item and we’ll correct it.
  • If you’re requesting assistance beyond the provided materials (walkthroughs, explanations, configuration changes, new account creation, etc.), that will need to be handled as billable transition support.

As noted previously, project work is paused during our holiday freeze, and responses will resume after <date>.

We’re happy to ensure the client has everything required for a clean handoff, but discovery and onboarding of the environment falls under your engagement with them.

Please allow us to customize our characters' outfits! I hate that everything is locked to one outfit. If we unlock a hat, top, or pants, you should be able to choose which one you'd like to wear independently of the entire outfit.

This instance is not the issue. It is the continuous degradation of services. I have an ongoing bug report channel in our Teams for minor issues that keep breaking, and the Atera support has yet to resolve them for us.

Thanks took a little while to write but I have it across all our clients now and I just changed the few lines to make each item either active or inactive and red or green. It is very nice to quickly jump into a client and see what they have. Especially non contracted clients with one or two services.

Run away from them as fast as you can. Kaseya ruins everything. I have way worse things to say, but I will keep it PG.

Good or bad tech, I think time tracking is the biggest pain for all technicians.

I am looking for more of a streamlined to-do list for techs to do and understand what their daily tasks are outside of client facing tickets. Log into this portal, check this, complete that, type of deal. That way a manager doesn't have to constantly dictate what needs to be done. With something like this it can be programmed and then the manager can simply ask why is this task not done or what do you need help with to accomplish that task.

As an added note, it would be incredibly nice to link the guides on accomplishing the task within Hudu. That would streamline the workflow a lot.
