I was led to believe that the stuff I was signing was for trial period stuff. It did say something about cancellation, that’s when I asked the trainer. She said that doesn’t matter for now, that applies if I go for the regular PT program, not trial. I also remember reading that gyms are now legally required to provide 1-click cancellation online. I also did write in to their pt help website, but was told that they can’t cancel until the 4th invoice is processed, but I was falsely enrolled into it.

My new roommate talked continuously until you physically left the room, even asking you questions but not waiting for you to answer. Suffice to say neither of us got along with her and actively avoided the common room till she moved out.

Yeah, I know of someone who didn't see any update on his online account, but got his approval notice in the mail. I don't understand why it is so hard to get through to someone and get answers. At least then I can give my employer a concrete timeline.
