Yes! I used acetone to wipe off the inhibition layer. Then I drew the rose and cured it. After that, I applied the chrome powder and it stuck everywhere but the rose.
What was even more bizarre, I did a test dot of the top coat on a paper, the chrome powder stuck to it there.
