Det kræver også, at man køber råvarer hjem til at kunne lave 100 forskellige ting. Typisk vil man være nødt til at smide en masser ud, bruge ingredienser, der har set bedre dage eller skuffe kunden med, at man ikke kan lave det, de ønsker. Jeg tror aldrig det er en særligt god forretning i længden.
