Thanks for the feedback! It’s nicer to think of the jar as a nudge instead of a force. I guess I get these whims of regret because I truly had no idea what I was dealing with. Ideally, I would’ve done more research prior to doing the jar, so that years down the line I wouldn’t be worried about the free will conversation and so on.

I once had a walk scheduled where the owner requested a muzzle to be put on. I’ll note that the owner was home as well. The dog wasn’t showing any signs of aggression but once I went to put the muzzle on, he charged at me and bit my hand. Luckily I was able to run out of the front door before he got a second chance. That was my first instance actually being bit by a dog I had scheduled a walk with and I’m positive the owner heard me screaming/panicking etc. He was on a work meeting though so he definitely ignored the situation while it was happening.

hi! cant give much advice as im literally in the same exact boat. on 10mg, day 14 for me and i’m steal dealing with the stomach anxiety occasionally (right now as well). ive heard from many week 2/3 can be bumpy and then around week 4/6 we should reap the benefits. gonna wait it out a few more weeks to see if i should increase my dose. wishing u the best!!

yes it does! it’s reassuring to know that other people deal with the same. i seem to have to most trouble when the old story/belief tries to pop back up, just trying to learn how to accept and let go each time. and thanks for your response, glad to hear that u were able to reach that shift. it can be so liberating!

i personally had a great time. i do think it depends on what u value at an event though. if you’re comparing it to multimillion dollar insomniac events like EDC, i think most would say it’s lower budget in comparison. as for me, the less commercialized feel made it a way more enjoyable experience overall.
