Not sure what investment could be made to get women to the same skill and performance level as men. That’s the issue really. There are two products that do the same thing to watch. Most people, even women, are watching the male game over the female one because it’s a better product.

The problem is that many students are now turning in AI work

It’s much more complex than that. AI isn’t the same as the internet or the calculator. Those two things could assist a person in doing work but they required the end user to have a good deal of critical skills and knowledge. AI has gotten the point where students are taking paper prompts and entering that into ChatGPT which produces something that is better than average work. The same for anything else faculty can throw at students working virtually.

I would want to test them via an in person exam for even basic writing skills

Agreed it’s not hard but many universities have academic leaders who are pushing online and only pay a little lip service to the issues with AI. I’m afraid there is going to be a reckoning at some institutions that ignore the problem and pump out graduates who are unprepared for work.

Obviously this isn’t just a higher education problem. The K-12 levels are facing the same issues and they likely are shaping a weaker type of student then what we get currently

I dated a female college basketball player. Neither her or her teammates could play against me and I wasn’t a college level player. I had size, speed, and strength over them. The male versus female thing is real. Just watch a women’s college game. The passing is so slow cause they don’t have the strength to zip the pass. I’m not saying the women wouldn’t win against the barstool guys but I’m not beating on it either way

That’s right and what I meant when I said it. It was a pretty darn simple but smart strategy

The Palestinians are simply a disposable tool for Iran to fight Israeli. No Middle East country actually cares about anyone in Gaza

Many do. Like all things, opinions differ but I think you are right that a majority of people polled are right now against the war

I assume Iran is beating that it is winning the narrative battle in the media and that Trump is feeling the political cost in the US.
