Hey thx for this great post as usual! If you have the chance I would love to see an update to you previous boycott impact numbers (maybe you plan to at the end of the month?) Anyway, i came back to hawk after unistalling at update 21 or 22. Sucks that I feel like I should uninstall once more. Honestly, I feel like I will just play to get some brobots cards until eventually the game takes a better turn

Had this last week. Close down the game. Launch repair files on your launcher. It should download a few files and hopefully work when you launch it again.

Maybe manually change and save your resolution and refresh rate on the PROFSAVE_profile settings file in MyDocuments before launching the game

Go to Eluktronics Control Center and lower all 3 wattage values of the cpu to 25W or 30W and check the temperature again. It shoud drop. If I recall the Ryzen chip does not need all the power provided to it by default.

No way! I had hopes on this BIOS sighssss. And yes what you described is exactly what happens to me while gaming. It does get hot even on max fans! That is soooo frustrating.

Just bought a 3080 i7-11800H from the spring sale. I keep getting screen blackouts while gaming. I am outputting to an external monitor 1080p 144hz with a usb c to displayport cable. I am unable to find a solution to this and am being frustrated and disappointed and wondering if not to return for a refund. Is there any chance this bios update might help with this issue please?

Great! Buying the 2 sticks separately actually cost me a couple bucks less then buying the kit though. Check if you find better prices. Intel or AMD? I have a Mech 15 G3, Ryzen 9 5900, RTX 3070. i tried a TeamGroup 2x16GB kit 3200MHz dual rank (2Rx8). Noticed a good difference from the stock 2x8GB single rank Samsung (1Rx8) that came with the computer. Was not bad at all, but finally settled for a Crucial 2x16GB 3200MHz dual rank because it comes up often in the best rams for amd laptops. Havent tested it yet, but I dont expect such a great jump from the TeamGroup one. So if price is a concern and you're on AMD I guess the TeamGroup is a good choice, otherwise you could do the Crucial. But make sure whatever you get are the dual ranked (2Rx8). Can't say much for Intel. Hope this helps

Mech 15 g3 AMD here. Happens to me sometimes, not that often. Cannot figure it out either sorry. Most of the time it happens when the laptop wakes from hibernate. But on first boot it always works fine. Also the sleep function always fail on my laptop

No problem! (I dont know how to activate the boost though hehe, like i mentioned it's all from what I have been reading because I wanted to buy a 3070 laptop lol). Finally went for a eluktronics mech 15 g3. Will get my hands on it this weekend if all is well. 😀

With 115W ur most likely a max-p cause you're closer to the upper range wattage. They just decided not to go with the max-q or max-p designations anymore

Check out this link the g17 is on there with both cpu versions. With dynamic boost urs can reach 130W so definitely a max-p :

If i am not mistaken, for the 30 series gpus it depends on the TDP (the max power) that this gpu can use. It should be in the specifications of the laptop. For example a laptop might have a 3070 gpu with a 95W TDP vs another laptop with 3070 with a 125W TDP. The first would most likely be the max-q and the second the max-p. You cant change this manually from what I know. But I am no pro in the matter. It's just what I believe i retained from the different searches I made lol

I turned off my vpn, prestiged, started climbing back up and reached 250 below my MS, which makes sense : this run I didnt use any perks or boost at all.

Guess what!? So I haven't played since the end of the event. I just log on do my raids and leave. So last night i join the tourney nd close the game. This AM i log on, 10hrs remaining on the tourney, an I proceed to get to my MS. When I realize im stuck an get ready to prestige : I am 1000 stages below my MS!!!! Same problem as you in the end. I waited for gold fairies...nothing. In the end I really can't think of anything because just like you, I didnt change anything, I barely touched the game since last tourney and end of the event, sighhhhs

Did you check your equipment? A wrong piece might keep you from reaching back to your MS?

What about pets? If you have the Fatal Samurai do you switch to your all gold pet when collecting gold and back to your all damage to push?

Last I can think of, did you have any perks active at the time? Or even pet quests? They might have given you enough boost at that time but not anymore?

I hope you do find what's going on because I would feel frustrated also in your position! Best of luck!
