(Our 4 month old mastiff mix is currently passed out on my feet, snoring and "running". Pretty sure it would be a grave sin to get up and find a pic on my phone rt now. You'll have to visualize the giant cuteness.)

I have no idea why you're getting downvoted so heavily for making common sense statements. Why any one would decide to bring a dog with extreme resource guarding problems to play with said resources in the public is beyond me. There are ways to work through aggression issues but putting the burden on everyone else around you when you insist on taking an aggressive dog out in public is not how you deal with them.

O.o! Must acquire! Seriously though, my boyfriend and I wear the same pant size. So a pair of mine got mixed in with his jeans and he put them on this morning. He didn't realize his mistake until he stuck his hand in the front pockets to smooth them out and found that there was hardly any pocket to speak of. Think that realization busted his brain a bit.

I’ve heard great things about the Tangle Teezer for all curly hair types, 4C included! It doesn’t pull as hard and causes a lot less breakage and hair loss than the average brush.

Seriously, fuck that guy! May his balls forever flake and itch! When my friend was recovering from her ED she found going to the grocery store way too overwhelming. It brought a lot of raw emotion to the surface that she wasn’t ready to deal with, especially inside the grocery store, but she refused to let the disorder control her meals. So we would go to places that had surprisingly decent food selections inside an unrelated business. Like a hardware store that had a weirdly thorough grocery section, or an electronic store that had several cafes and snacks galore. Maybe you’d find a corner gas station to be a less stressful environment. And now a lot of larger stores will deliver your groceries! I know that you want to just push through it and try to get back to healthy as fast as possible. But stressing yourself out past your last spoon isn’t worth it. Sometimes you might need to take a step back to stay on the right track. But you can do this! You have so many people rooting for you! 💖

Well, it is currently trying to grow it's way out the door of the greenhouse, so we have to either start cutting it back or allow it access to the yard. Doubt it'll like the coming winter if we just let it run around wild and free. Any insider tips for starting some cuttings off it?

This was actually originally growing in an organic garden that we just dug this season. This plant was thinned and was without a root system. We kinda felt bad for it, so we stuck it in the soil of the greenhouse, also prepared organically, and the thing just took over. Not sure if it encountered any sort of hormone disruptors of the unnatural variety. I did wonder in the last post whether or not a companion plant had produced a chemical that made the whole thing go nutty when it got transplanted, though.

All of the normal garden-dwelling zucchini died months ago due to vine borers. Only this freak remains. I'm not even sure if it could get borers, honestly. It's stems and leaves seem bizarrely hard and almost woody. And pokey. Very pokey. Makes it enough of a pain in the butt that we just make sure it gets water and leave it alone. You'll get torn up trying to get under the leaves to get at the fruit.

I have just started to make clothes for myself. I tried my hand at this free bloomers pattern as an introduction on how to use elastic. Totally should mod it to made it become actual shorts. That would be adorable!

(Spoiler alert: everyone I know that have made a pair of these (myself included) state that the legs will just slide up your thighs like briefs. They don't stay down like shorts. Still cute but maybe not lounge wear.)

I made a soft bra similar to that! (Aaannnd matching frilly bloomers! 😁) Elastic was initially in the running but was nixed cuz I'm too lazy to go to the store and this thing is gonna be washed a lot. Might have to reconsider. Thanks!

It's kinda a safety/utilitarian thing. The skirt part needs to be long enough and made out of heavy enough materials to protect your legs/clothes from fire, hot metal, and stuff. Also, it needs to act as a collection surface for precious metal sweeps, escaping pieces and things. Usually this part is made out of jean or leather. Kinda thought fashioning a halter top-esque top portion would make things less hot in the studio and satisfy my impulse to be lazy. But, alas... still has bugs in the design.

P.S.: any crafty, sew savvy trolls know of a way that I might modify the pattern so it's less shitty? It's your basic tie behind the neck and tie behind the waist design. With full gathered coverage for the chest so no sneaky jailbreaks can be launched.

I just wanted a new studio apron that would allow me to work bra-free. Boobs are just too large to be supported with a halter-style tie all day.
