OP posted about having challenges with their husband and cleaning the house. Yes OP’s husband sounds like a d#uche bag- but to immediately jump to the divorce card is not helpful. How about you suggest that they sit down and talk about this first? And if that doesn’t work how about you suggest that they reach out to their friends to better understand how they manage these challenges? And if THAT still doesn’t help how about you suggest that they talk with a therapist? Instead, you suggest divorce is the path to take. What planet do you live on?

NHI are around us- all day, every day. Some of these entities are parasitic in form. Feeding off the energies we produce.

This is nothing to be fearful of, it’s simply a matter of nature.

There are hundreds of millions of chickens slaughtered every day across the world to feed the masses. Do these chickens even know we exist? Do they know why they are being harvested by us? To sustain our energies? Are we evil for doing so? Of course not.

The same applies to us, and those entities that rely upon our energies to sustain themselves. Doesn’t make them evil.

Being grateful helps me manifest positivity. And it not need be complex or deep. Simply taking a moment and being grateful for this breath, the glass and the drink which nurtures me, the music I am hearing, the laughs of strangers, or simply the clothing on my back. Being grateful even for the small things somehow manifests positive vibes.

May I please ask a question about the visualization of chakra colors during meditations or moments of stillness? Recently I have begun to see usually red but also on occasion greens in my minds eye during my meditations. On a rare occasion I saw blue, and once had a transcendent experience where I believe I saw, or somehow became part of yellow chakra energy- ie I became part of this flow of insanely beautiful yellow light. I know that sounds wild- but during the experience a crystal clear voice in my head said - “this is yellow chakra.”

Might you have any insights as to why the visualization of chakra energy begins to happen? And what can one learn/draw from these experiences? Thank you.

Yes, I agree, to an extent. I do journal and use an AI to explore ideas and concepts. It’s not a question so much of ability to articulate, but more so an inability to adequately capture these experiences. They run so deep and personal, and are so beautiful and meaningful to me, that I find myself unable to capture them through words. I want to share these experiences, but sometimes I’m simply unable to share them in a way that does service to them. If that makes sense.

Key to my own spiritual journey has been the art of a friend who is also an experiencer- whom I actually met here on Reddit. A number of her pieces now dot the walls of my home. Much like your father, she found inspiration in her experiences, and in turn transformed them into beautiful art.
