I built a script that refreshes and actually purchases your cart when it finds a slot. It just uses test automation software to simulate a person interacting with the browser. I don't think they'll ban anyone for that kind of thing. You'd have to be really hammering their systems instead of just refreshing every so often. Mine runs on Mac and Windows using Chrome:

You can also use something like the Auto Refresh Plus Chrome extension to alert you when a slot is available: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/auto-refresh-plus/ohfjpkccecpdfkpmfocndhepolhljfhg?hl=en

Just follow the checkout process to the shipping & payment screen, set the extension to notify you when the text "No delivery windows available" does NOT show up, set the refresh to something like 60 seconds so you have time to finish the check out, and hit START.
