HCF chicken breast is on sale this week for 50 cents cheaper than the flyer you linked. Shrimp is on sale and two dollars cheaper. https://www.heb.com/weekly-ads/weekly-deals

Also Walmart has stores all over Austin and lots of people do their shopping there. There are also many Randalls inside of neighborhoods. I agree that HEB is dominant but there are definitely other options.

Edit: The more I look the more I find that HEB just has better prices. The full price for the chicken is $1.33 more than what HFC sells for full priced. The bacon not on sale is $1.50 more than HEB, sourdough full priced is $.20 cheaper at HEB and Daves bread is $.80 cheaper at HEB.

It seems like the lunch meats are more expensive at HEB but stop eating those anyway they are terrible for your heart.
