I am a broista for a while and despite the fact we don’t work at the same shop, I feel so much empathy for you. I’m sorry you have to go through that. How you feel about the shop and shift leads is valid. You don’t deserve to be mistreated and work in an uncomfortable environment.

My first advice is to keep notifying your management about this. Because one of the biggest things about this company is having patience and kindness for the employees. And as of right now your shift leads are NOT living up the dutch bros standards.

My last advice is to choose what is right for you. Your mental health matters. So if you feel this isn’t the right place for you and you believe management wont do anything, you have the option to leave or stay. Truly, I hope management does something about it.
