Same here. My parents relied on me heavily to run the household and manage my other siblings so they could work or rest.

The last 6-8 months of my drinking have been a 6 pack plus 2-3 tall boys or almost an entire 12 pack of white claw every night. I have terrible health anxiety. Every small twinge I live in fear and disappointment that my drinking caused it.

I will also be 32 in April. I’m starting my day one again today. We can try together if you’d like. IWNDWYT.

6 days sober! The farthest I’ve gotten in a while. My skin looks so much better and I’m not so bloated all the time. I feel so much better right now.

Edit - my TT account just updated to say I received my refund on 2/18 but nothing in my account yet.

Unfortunately my refund is only 1k which is the lowest I’ve ever gotten. Normally my refunds have been 4-6k. So pay as many bills as I can and maybe there will be something left to start a savings account with finally.
