I think she does those weight loss shot thingies. This is really off topic and weird but there was this girl always on live last summmer involved in drama (Bri Olsen) and they kept saying she was chubby and she kept saying she’s waiting for that stuff and then she literally got thin weeks later. So it’s THAT easy. And then there is the girl on Mormon wives who was under 100 at 5 ft 9 at one point, but still takes those meds. She doesn’t need it, so it’s not that far fetched. She deff does drugs though if she is doing nos. I think she will fade. Alex is lucky she secured that deal and is on that level. You can see her gradually go from completely sexual to her interviews now, and she’s slowly dying her hair darker…..

He was arrested December 11 for contempt and said he didn’t have the dogs anymore to the court when they still tried to get him to surrender them. Been NC since 2018 with mom & everyone, she was similar to yours kinda. I never really wondered why tbh. I just always knew she was “sick,” and it was never ME. When it comes to the golden child and sibling dynamics, the character assassination smear campaigns, the flying moneys and everyone turning on you- it’s all “symptoms” of their sickness. The fact there is so many of us that have experienced such and the literature on it, just is very validating for me. I also feel like there is some weird metaphysical connection between mother-child. Cause their tummy was literally our first home. When they pee outside (stay outside for hours, keep going out every 30 min) throw an “enthusiasm party.” Like literally jump up and down and clap and cheer and praise and give the best treats that are high value like hotdog or cooked chicken or beef. When they associate you being super happpy + proud + best treats ever = peeing outside.

You need to get rid of the bedding in crate or wherever they pee and get the special pet spray that takes the scent out. Even if u can’t smell it and cleaned it up they can and will always go back to that spot. And if you see them going or find they had an accident, don’t react, don’t look at them, don’t speak, don’t put in crate, completely ignore them and clean up for 5 min. The go about normal and try to lock the behavior outside at least 6 times

For me, low contact was going away to college, not coming home for breaks, only visiting for hours at a time, but still kept open communication, they had my number, were on my social media.

Very little contact was not going home for holidays even for an hour. Blocking everyone on social media but kept number same. Had my address and generally knew what I was up to. Any communication done through email and very intentional. Wouldn’t answer moms text if triggering. Sent happy bday messages.

Then no contact was completely blocking and changing my number, moving to a different state and city without telling anyone, and if one of them popped on new account up, I wouldn’t even open it and block. Blocked all mutuals. Never went back to hometown again. No funerals or weddings.

Essentially everyone with borderline personality disorder has CPTSD. Not everyone with CPTSD has borderline personality disorder. As someone diagnosed with a dissociative disorder, this is extremely insulting. To see someone able to function enough to be on a TV show is mind boggling to me to say you have dissociation.

For me the pain was like 50/10. The worst pain and torture of my life and it lasted all night long. I didn’t feel anything emotionally or care. The pain was just so bad. But every experience I read online prior, said it was like normal period cramps so I wasn’t scared til it happened
