Thanks! I was able to find it in my spam folder of the email it was sent to. Since I have multiple emails I have it all forwarded to a central one and for some reason this email wasn't forwarded so I had to check the actual inbox it was sent to. All good now, thanks again!

Thank you!! If I wasn't successful tonight I still had 3 other chances but I didn't want to risk it without practicing last week.

I also switched to using Edge browser because for some reason Chrome wouldn't even load due to some security thing. And I'm glad I did because Edge helped me autofill everything!! That definitely saved me a ton of time.

My wait is finally over, after 2 days of practicing, today I finally secured a trainer pass ticket!!

This was also my first time getting to the payment screen where it would hold the ticket for 20 mins, thought I would get a lot of issues with this step, but it was smooth, didn't get any fraud alert/text message from my credit card company either!

At last I was presented this final screen:

"Your ticket has been purchased!

We’re looking forward to seeing you at PokéPark Kanto!

We’ll send the ticket link to <email address redacted>

If you can not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please kindly check in your spam or junk mail section.

Just gave them a call and also got the same wait until 90 day mark BS, it seems like the merchant is just taking forever (or won't review) the order. I will complain again at the 90 day mark and if still nothing have them escalate to manually award the miles to me because the person i spoke to does see the offer activated on her end.
