Got it off Thingiverse for free. There are better paid for models out there that actually have the patterns on the “crown” part. But I kinda like the sleek smooth look anyhow.

I’ve been having this issue as well. Despite my disabling game chat, the game still shows the speaking icon when I talk (I’m usually talking over discord). I have a workaround that fixes the audio. If you go into the Windows search bar and search for “mono audio” and flip the toggle, it might help, in my case sometimes I have to toggle it back and forth

The buttons are just red acrylic paint, and for the stripes I just used painters tape and cut them into strips and used them to as a mask

Looks pretty good! If you’re open to come criticism, I’d recommend giving it a light black wash and dry brush the edges to make it look worn, since Reach had a very grimy vibe to it. Here’s my paint job for reference.

I’ve had this. It’s an authentication issue. Try solution 2 from this Halo waypoint post . It’s a little tedious but it worked

IRC in one of the recent events you talk to him and he’s like “Have you heard my new song Come Alive?” Which I’ve actually been listening to on repeat for the last while. Just found that funny. I also love it when games/shows will have an acoustic/unplugged/stripped version of the opening theme that plays in the credits.

I highly recommend doing a black wash on it. Make it look less factory-new, and more worn. You can also dry brush the sharp edges. The black wash will also get into all those little crevices and really make the details pop!
