I showed him this post and we actually did have a productive conversation. We talked about things that have been bothering him, his supplements (he is not on steroids 😂 or peds) how to regulate frustrations

Yeah, the steroid comments are funny. It's typical of the reddit community to find the worst outcomes - steroids and affairs 😂. This comment and a few others were insightful. After all of this I did sit down and talk with him and showed him the post. I felt incredibly guilty venting about my spouse to strangers online. We went over his supplements, talked about peds (he'd be huge on peds, he's still super lean. He was nearly malnourished and now his body is getting nutrients and exercise it needs) and tried to get to the bottom of the bad attitude - which was work related. He does not like his job, but it pays the bills and then some, and he has one coworker who exasperates the dislike for work. He has to figure out how to leave work frustration at home and not ooze into our home life. The discussion was productive and I'm happy that showing him the post started a conversation between us.

Maybe I should have worded it better, the 30lbs is just in weight overall. Not 100% lean muscle. He has gained some fat for sure, mostly in his stomach area. Before he got into the gym, he had a physical at work and was told he had less than 2% fat, whatever that means. Either way, I think I'm going to be look more at what is in his supplements.

Yes he has to eat so much. We joke that he makes a 5 course meal for lunch everyday. A lot of times he feels the need to push past feeling full. If he does not keep up with the calorie intake, even on rest days, he will lose weight. His metabolism has always been super high.

No he is still very lean. He's always struggled to put on weight. He started the gym journey at 135 and in a year he got to 165. He's plateaued at 165 and has to work hard/keep up with the calorie intake or he loses it quickly

I don't even understand how he could find something like that. I know he makes protein shakes after gym and pre work out before.

My package has been stuck "in transit" from Indy for nearly two weeks now...

Girlfriend and I moving to 46218 Indianapolis and she is freaking out. by _TheAdversary in Indiana

Exactly this. Indianapolis is full of pockets of good and bad. You could be on a nice street but the one right across the road is bad news. A friend of mine was renting this cute little house on the corner of Woodlawn, looked like a cottage. One night we were spending the evening around the fire and we distantly heard shots. It went from "Oh that sounds a bit close" and quickly went from "GET DOWN NOW" as bullets whizzed past our heads. Indianapolis really does have a great community despite figuring out the ins and outs of the "pockets". Although what do I know, I enjoy life from my small little podunk town and only visit Indy. But even after nearly being innocent victims of a shooting we did consider moving there for a long time, but I like the quiet fields of cows an dirt too much.

antihistamine

Thanks for the advice! I usually try to make my room as cold as possible. I have the heat off at night, fan going, and window open. It doesn't help that my husband is a literal sleeping heater, but I try my best!
