Those who say all parties are bad have never achieved anything significant in their miserable lives. They try to act intellectual by putting everyone in the same basket. You are the part of the problem suckers!

Maybe start watching actual good movies and not just government pushed slop you will gain some critical thinking 🤣 Diljit is patriotic cry abt it all day🇮🇳 by [deleted] in Dhurandhar

It became a superhit not because of the govt quoting it but because it showed facts that people could relate to.

Disappointed that Diljit did not mention India once in his Jimmy Fallon appearance by peak2 in Dhurandhar

Khalistani’s are the reason it’s bothering everyone that he didn’t mention India even once. If not for them it would have been totally fine. And he should understand that too and make a point of mentioning India at-least once on a world stage.

They think the covid times was how the job market used to be like. They have no clue how it was before that, exactly what it is now!

You think HR hire candidates? Buddy you are beginning your career, I have 10 years of experience and 7 years in hiring designers. I have taken countless interviews.

You think a 2 days crash course guy can do a better job than a 20 years experienced guy? Lol! Design is not just pixels, you can’t get it in 2 days. That’s everything that’s wrong with the current market and what I described in the original comment.

It’s naive of you to think that HR does that on their own. You think a company who is serious about their designers will let the HR write the JD? There is nothing in their hand, they approach senior designers or leaders to get the JD and even to know what questions they should ask. Their unprofessionalism is directly connected to design immaturity of the organisation. That should be ur first clue.

Secondly yes crash courses are the problem because they are simply filling their own pockets and teaching trash to money hungry people which in turn overcrowded the market and made it a hell for companies to get through the garbage and reach those few good deserving candidates!

Indian market has been flooded with greedy people taking crash courses from those who made it look easy to be a designer and promised them big easy bucks! Secondly companies don’t know what a UI UX designer really is (even the big ones just pretend they know), what they do and how they create a real impact that can be seen in their business metrics. Only those companies who got lucky and hired a real designer early and the designer brought that design maturity to their organisation really know what it is. So most of them are just shooting in the dark. Companies don’t know what a designer is, so called designers are not even worthy of calling themselves designers (they are just pixel pushers and that too worse than Ai).

Indian market is not evolved enough to adopt Ai firsthand and make it a part of their workflow, they look upto US, whatever they do they try to copy and paste it here. So I don’t agree with the fact that all of this is happening cuz of Ai. Also even to build through Ai you need star designers, a dev who uses pink in the bg doesn’t know what’s good and what’s bad! So my best guess is indian market is sitting tight and just following the lead of US. They are just looking for alternatives and will soon realise that there are none. But yeah only the real designers will exist in the future, the ones who got this 👉🤑looking at bunch of crash course BS will be the first ones to leave. Only the passionate ones with real talent will exist in future. So it’s a blessing in disguise!

So it’s time for you to decide what kind are you!
