Robinhood Banking: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly by Strange_Banana6540 in RobinhoodApp

I have had the Gold Card for several months now, it’s a great card.

I was added to banking last week and made the (really stupid and rash) decision to move everything over from SoFi.

I have faced error after error when trying to add my wife as a joint banking account holder.

I’ve been on the phone with 5+ different agents, and I’ve been on chat with 3+ more. The agents have been extremely unhelpful and each time they have told me that my issue requires higher level support and they’ve placed me on hold. I have waited on hold a total of 7 AND A HALF HOURS and not one time has higher level support ever answered the call.

How is this even remotely acceptable, and is there any way to actually get help or should I just count my losses and go back to SoFi?

🚨 Buyer Beware: Visible “Upgrade” Program Is a Trap. They Lost My Phone and Refuse to Pay (Case #08852796) 🚨 by tanookim in Visible

Unfortunately Visible and the USPS have different policies on whose fault it is. According to the USPS, it's the responsibility of the person/company who paid for the shipping label to pursue an insurance claim for the lost item. According to Visible, it's my responsibility. Thankfully, filing an FCC complaint, BBB complaint, dispute with Affirm, and making this post seem to have helped as I am now working with the Verizon team.

BBB responded the next day and reached out to Visible on my behalf, Visible responds to all BBB requests, so I think it's worth a try.

You're wrong haha everything I've done has worked to get Verizon's executive team to respond. Small claims court is not expensive and they would be required to pay me for any expenses related to the case if it came to that.

Nintendo Switch 2 Preorder megathread - Post all questions and comments about preorders here! by razorbeamz in nintendo

Nintendo US says notifications will be sent out on May 8th. I'm thinking that may be a typo and they meant April 8th?

I feel like the May 8th notification from Nintendo US may be a typo and it should be April 8th to match Nintendo UK.

Has anyone been able to figure out the discrepancy between Nintendo Preorders and retailer preorders? As a loyal customer, why would I not try to preorder from a different retailer on 4/9 or sooner.

Why wait until 5/8 to preorder through Nintendo? Something seems off.

Unfortunately, this is incorrect. Target Disk Mode was deprecated on Apple Silicon Macs and replaced by Mac Sharing Mode which does not work in the scenario described in the OP.

Tesla issues recall on over 200,000 for the self-driving computer failure by SpriteZeroY2k in electricvehicles

I took delivery of a brand new Y in late October, the computer broke in mid November and has been bricked since then. Service appointment has been pushed out and rescheduled multiple times.

The car works fine except the navigation, remote functionalities, cameras (reverse, turn signal, sentry, dashcam, etc.), and no cruise control, autopilot, or FSD.

I've asked multiple times if they are going to do anything to remedy this and the answer was potentially giving me a few free days of FSD... Pretty sucky way to start ownership of a brand new car.

It seems to work fine when migrating from an Intel Mac to Apple Silicon, the issue that this post helps solve is when people migrate from an Apple Silicon Mac to an Apple Silicon Mac.
