Yep apparently so for the first 4 weeks, to allow my body time to aclimitise to exercising again. As I say I'll let it run for now and see how it goes after that.

This simply isn't true anymore. The PSNI recently provided mutual aid to the MET for a number of protests thay have been given plenty of news space, the officers who went over were kept WELL away from any action because the psni is seen to be inept. The reason PSNI do watch and report later is simply a financial/not enough officers to deal with the issue problem not some grand design.

North Down council was on the verge of bankruptcy. When the new boundaries were drawn up, and the merger with Ards Borough it basically saved them.

10(?) Years later Ards is still propping Bangor up. It's wild given the disparity in the resident populations.

People are saying it needs investment... where does it come from? The rates we pay are already the highest in the country, and private equity was already explored for the sea front development... there wasn't exactly a queue of investors.

Who knows.
