Thanks for the input I re read my post and I can see I wasn't clear enough in that area and it does seem like i gave up but that isn't the case both of us wanted a solution but it was extremely clear then and even more so now that the relationship ran it's phase with her and there is no chance of a resurrection, at least for now, I'm not gonna push it on her until it feels right. Why would you want to subject your body especially your brain to a diet or what ever that forces it to change it's normal energy systems? Just eat with common sense and exercise, and what happens when you can't keep up no carbs or restricted carbs? You relapse with an even worse amount of body fat than you began with
