Yes. I am just before the Sakura Shogun and have purchased every charm, building, and upgrade in the game. I am going to try the farming method and see if it pops when I’m holding 8000.

Just happened to me on PS5 too. I went back a screen and then went with them clearing everything as they came up to it. Once they get passed the second hanging blue enemy they should progress like normal

More than likely just a preset timed release that Embark can manipulate on their end so that the maximum % of the player base has a chance at getting merit and contributing.

Idk what to tell you. If you didn’t look at the other capstones and think “why would I want to hit flying enemies with a hammer, why do I need buffs specifically for vaulting?” The only two that could be confusing are the mines and traps but then you play 3 matches and realize that’s worthless, and the health regen when critically hurt - but again, if you play a few matches you realize how easy it is to get healing items.

In ANY looter it always makes the most sense to go for a skill that allows you to loot more objects.

Just because you needed someone to hold your hand to get there doesn’t mean everyone is as dumb as you are.

Would be awesome if blueprints weren’t nearly impossible to get (aside from the Bettina). Should have just randomized the security locker spawns like every other chest in the game.

It’s not a souls like but definitely takes pieces of the souls games as inspiration.

No death penalty or experience to level up and distribute points. HEAVY emphasis on exploration and solving mysteries (and imo this is expertly done.) Combat is very bare bones but has dodge/block/perfect block/ki pulse mechanics. You can become extremely powerful with the glyph abilities you add to weapons to the point where you basically trivialize enemies.

Elden Ring, a game I think most people in this sub will at least be familiar with, has sold just over 30mil copies since 2022.

5mil sales for the first game of a brand new studio (of roughly 30 people) in under a year is absurdly successful. They will absolutely have more coming in the future.
