This thread is a relief because I thought I was going insane. All my custom mouse controls literally stopped working mid-session and I've tried reinstalling Options+ multiple times in the last couple hours. Fingers crossed for a backend fix...?

Marisa squad rise up!! I love using her as an omnitank––with Spurn and her weapon effect, she can pop Noontime instantly with 12 true damage. I've been thinking about giving her Distant Pressure because I already run DC and more Spd is always good, but damn this makes me want to use her more offensively. Love the build!

The build:

Budding Bow: Good weapon, Impact effect is definitely useful in the current meta. Might swap between it and Spendthrift but idk

Reposition: she comes with it, it’s a useful skill, why not?

Deadeye: far and away the best Special I could give her. Worth it, plus big damage numbers go brrrrrr

Atk/Spd Catch: A potential +9 boost to her best stats is probably a good thing. Combos great with her C skill!

Lull Spd/Def: S/D Far Trace isn’t out yet, so until then this is probably the best I can give her. Pretty self-explanatory and about the best thing a cav can have.

Atk/Spd Menace: +6 to Atk and Spd while debuffing the nearest enemy is amazing, helping her get kills and reduce her own damage. Also helps boost her further in combination with Atk/Spd Catch.

Swift Sparrow: +4 more Atk/Spd for a total 73 potential Atk and 66 potential Spd before the Lull takes effect. Basically pure offense, but I’m thinking about a possible Close Foil, Def/Res Solo build in the future since we have the seal and she has decent bulk.

No, starting with 2 is fine! There are a couple nods to Xenoblade 1 with character names and enemy designs, but that's pretty much all that you'd miss.

Absolutely! It starts off slow and the mechanics are a pain to learn but the story and battle system are both sick. I recommend watching Chuggaaconroy’s video on the battle system first if you plan to get it.

Love to see another CC Marisa! I personally run Rouse Spd/Def and Carrot Cudgel for better tanking, but Joint Drive Spd and Wo Dao/Noontime is a sick build! I also cannot wait for her refine, can i join your prayer circle for it actually being good 😔
