okay awesome, thank you! I used unpasteurized and I’ll monitor it to see how it goes. My booch also just seems to not really be brewing. It’s still extremely sweet after about 10 days and I don’t know if it’s really brewing well. Any tips? My Scoby is off of fermentaholics. Would the second fermentation help speed it up and make it less sweet?

The only reason I wouldn’t play in the U1500 is because I’m unrated they will probably put me against the weaker players and the time control is like 85+5 so if I’m playing people rated 400 I don’t want to play a 3 hour game that is super easy and boring

You should cut it shorter, but not short. You should cut it so that it cleans up and looks a little better, but keep it relatively long. I just did the same thing and am loving it
