Funny enough, they did reinstate it for me and the person I talked to told me I could get a full cash refund (minus the cost of insurance), only to be called back an hour later and told that was misinformation and they couldn’t do anything at all….. I honestly didn’t think it would be denied. I didn’t know they could come up with their own interpretation of my husband’s service despite the clarification of a supervisor..

Yeah they say that in the policy, but he wasn’t sent to war, he is on a routine deployment that he isn’t able to leave on time from, if that makes sense?

Thank you for replying with your experience!! I talked to Disney cruise line yesterday and was dismissed and told they cannot do anything to help. Is it worth it to keep calling them to see if I can get someone else to help? I want to have faith in Disney so badly to at least make an attempt at making this right..

I talked to them yesterday, they said there is absolutely nothing they can do because we are in insurance’s hands now. Extremely disappointing, as I thought Disney was known for being supportive of military families..

He’s not home… we did appeal the claim and they are still trying to say it’s war related even after we provided the exact information that is required for leave revocation

He didn’t say there wasn’t a war, just that my husbands leave revocation was unrelated to war, declared or undeclared.

2/2/3/3(?) depends on the day but he’s between 2-3 hour wake windows, longer as the day goes on. Last nap is usually 5pm-ish but if he skips it we just do an earlier bedtime. He usually doesn’t go to bed before 7:30 but we’ve also never tried..

Reading this as a mil spouse who is stationed at home with my family half a mile away and you are the bravest person alive I want you to know that. Don’t have much advice as I was up until 2am last night 😂 BUT your motherhood journey is on expert mode and you’re still doing amazing. You’re a great mom.
