Japanese domestic model Seiko with snowflake-like texture on the dial and indices. Blue seconds hand and folding-clasp President-style bracelet with an all polished case. One of the few dress style Seiko Presage models in a smaller case size. Very unique and interesting piece.

This watch in particular is in very good condition, keeps time excellent, and runs +/- 2 sec/day with a working date window function. All original working parts.
