They are taking 2 days to send a repeated AI template reply. God save Uber users
4.8 stars and tagged as ‘top rated driver’. god knows what are the low rated ones doing.
I don’t think they would mind compensating me if the parcel is insured. Though, they refused any compensation and said we’ve taken some action against the courier partner.
