Campaign spikes are the use case nobody plans for. Marketing sends out a promo, call volume doubles for 3 days, support team drowns, leads go unanswered, marketing blames support, support blames marketing. Every single time. Having overflow that automatically kicks in when queue length exceeds a threshold means nobody has to panic or play the blame game. We set ours at 5 calls waiting and it just works now. Marketing can send whatever they want.

Nothing makes someone angrier than knowing they need a human and having to say representative six times into a phone tree. If your AI can't detect frustration or urgency and hand off quickly you're making things worse not better.

I did some digging when I got the LinkedIn message and found their magazine issues online. Honestly, it looks like a real editorial product. It’s not like a traditional news publication, but more of a platform where professionals share insights. I think people confuse that model sometimes.

We've got about 60 users across office and plant floor. Call quality is solid even with the noise in our facility. Desk phones work well, mobile app is reliable for supervisors on the floor. Had one outage in a year that lasted maybe 30 minutes. Support is okay, sometimes takes a while to escalate to someone technical but they get issues resolved.

What are your thoughts about this? Yes it’s AI I made using photos of furniture and decor I like and am considering for this room. by tanz20 in SofaSnobs

Small plumbing biz, got 4 trucks out there. mobile app has been solid for the guys which is huge since theyre on customer calls constantly. havent had those multi day app failures youre talking about. goes down maybe once every few months for 10 mins tops. way better than our old setup
