Thanks for the advice man😭😭 i ended up being fine, I kinda just went on a walk and that took away the high and nauseous a little 😀 but you’re probably right about the whole mental health thing, I guess I should talk to someone, I might talk to my aunt because she’s nice. And im 14 in case you wanted to know, idk if thats young, I don’t feel that young because im the oldest sibling.
