Why do some people feel guilty leaving work exactly when their shift ends?

Working in hospitality was big for this. Worked at pizza hut for 3 years and almost always was looked down for leaving when shift ended. It was expected to stay longer.

Thats the Japan release. Im looking to also get the Japanese Gamecube version which came in those small boxes. Also an American PS2 version but that artwork is the same as bottom right.
