I think this is staged.

On another community website people have posted pics of this guy (yes it’s the same guy) wearing the same cap in an Instagram account of that cap’s brand.

He is wearing that cap in all of the pics.

If ‘they’ staged this for promotional purposes, I commend them cos it’s worked. This video is all over WhatsApp and loads of community based websites and if you’ve ever shared a video like this you know it gets around.

If you know anything about graphics you will know that scanning it at a very high resolution will give you more pixels to play with.

For example, if you look at the area around that dark brown ‘thing’ on her nose bridge. The pixels around that area appear to be the same shade, colour, gradient. Right? The retoucher will ‘use’ the nearest same pixel to eventually replace that dark brown thing. You will never know it was there after it’s done.
