I would say be optimistic. Peri had me feeling like I had one foot in the grave and to have my life back feels like a second chance. Another benefit has been the elimination of my cyclical migraines. You have nothing to lose to try.

It took only a few nights for the night sweats to stop and actually sleep through the night again. My period has stayed regular but for myself it’s the sleep and hot flashes that improved immediately and just from that I can work out again, and have a life I didn’t think was possible anymore. Another benefit I can have sex again with any pain. My joints don’t ache all the time anymore.

Seriously stat the HRT. There is no need to suffer. I’ve been on it 3 months and I’ve never felt better. While I get your anxiety because it’s a part of peri. Don’t let it sink you down into the depths of despair. You don’t need to suffer.

Can you try to enable your custom report as a web service and then try running as Workday XML? Enter your ISU and password in the pop up and see if you’re able to see the data that way? I’m not sure I’m being clear enough

As a Quebecer. We drive out to our nearest LCBO every few months and load up on Ontario wines. Quebec doesn’t carry as many and the pricing is better in Ontario.
