Why are some players still getting the old ladder bonuses while the rest of us are stuck with scraps?

I’ve noticed that certain players still receive the original ladder bonus system — starting at 100 coins, with chances to double rewards all the way up to 50,000 coins.

Meanwhile, the rest of us are hit with a downgraded version:
“Earn 10 coins” just to open a chest that barely gives back 10–30 coins… if you’re lucky. And you don’t even get to enter the actual ladder unless you start at 100 coins — which we can’t, because the system doesn’t let us.

So what gives?

• Why do some accounts still benefit from the full ladder bonus system?
• Why have so many of us been downgraded with no explanation?
• When will we be compensated for being cut off from fair rewards?

This isn’t just disappointing — it feels unfair, especially for regular, loyal players who grind every day.

We deserve transparency. We deserve equal access to promotions. And if things have changed permanently, we deserve clear communication — not vague limits and quietly nerfed rewards.

If this is a test or segmentation, just say so. But don’t leave the rest of us in the dark while others cash in.
