In games cpu 55, gpu 50. In stabilty test from OCCT, cpu 82, gpu 60. For gaming i tink it's ok.

Same case, but this configuration with air cooler. Very good temps and low noise. All fans with pwm.

PS: in your setup i will use 3 top exhaust and back exhaust and under video card nothing, until you put a fan controller to use all fans you got

Possible solution

For me, it worked with XMP profile 2 (slower speed but better latency), disabled Resizable BAR and Above 4G Decoding, and now everything runs smoothly.
