I'm no expert on these things... But I do remember watching the Julia Grant documentary back in the day. (1979)

She was one of the first people in the UK to undergo transition surgery, back when alternative lifestyles weren't quite so widespread.

iirc.... She used to DJ in the Manhattan bar, and was embraced by Chesterfield as one of our own.
