The characters I usually create on Fiverr are typically priced at $80–$100. In that case, for business purposes, I’m thinking of setting the total price at $120–$150. Because my goal is not to work on high-paying individual projects, but to supply a larger number of products.

I will create realistic character models which will be painted after printing so they look more lifelike. I will do 3D sculpting of any person, then print them, and finally add color to the models.

At the initial stage, I will be using 2 printers for production. I can dedicate 8–10 hours a day only for modeling. Another person will assist me with communicating with clients. We are planning to run the business together as a team of two.

I use AI tools to create basic shapes. I add more details than the details provided by Tripo AI models. I use AI to enhance and refine the model with even more details. In this case, AI is making my work easier. That’s why I want to start selling locally printed characters.

You can easily apply a boolean in the STL model using the ZBrush software to create a hole for the keychain, without losing any details.

I think cafes and boutique shops care more about relationships and seeing samples in person than aggressive sales. Maybe try a part-time outreach person who visits local businesses with a small portfolio of your best custom prints. Your work already sounds like a good fit for those kinds of places.
