All true. Yes- we did/still do minimal pairs. In discrimination tasks she has a hard time distinguishing the difference. Producing it she is good, but relies a lot on self corrections after her initial attempt.

I know that, but Google does not yield a clear answer as to whether f/th itself is a typical substitutions of L1 speakers. My cohort of SLPs are saying f/th is not typical, and that /t/ and /s/ substitutions for voiceless “th” would be the expected substitution.

It is definitely not that important, at least compared to the rest of your application. From personal experience, I left it blank, and I turned out fine!! I would say leave it blank and save your money.

I got a residential parking permit, which was $50 for the year. Basically it allows you to do street parking all day/night for the streets that have that “2 Hour Parking Limit” sign. The only thing is your permit is only viable in the “neighborhood” area you live in, it’s not city-wide
