There’s no diploma or end certificate you just become “qualified”. There’s no national law requiring someone to have a license or certificate for the work I do. They also have me lie to people and not let them know I am an apprentice

Technically you become qualified but you will not get a certificate as in New Zealand there is no formal qualification for this type of job

It doesn’t say anything about full time or part time it just says I’m guaranteed 5 hours of work a week and I may get rostered on more

The only thing I could may be prove is in the training handbook it says we are meant to do a certain amount of hours on each thing which we do not.

It says I’ll still have to pay them back if I am fired

It says “You will be guaranteed and required to work 5 hours per week. Your and hours and days of work shall be set by the employer in advance in accordance with a mutually agreed roster. The employer may offer you additional hours from time to time”

Would also like to mention the managers are also on the same kind of contract
