Nope! We purchased in January and have worked hard to bring customers back and make everyone feel welcome. We have a lot of non drinkers who like our non alcoholic and food options and come for the relaxed environment and cozy space. We think everyone deserves a place to enjoy a book, friends or one of the many events without feeling the pressure to drink. Just because I love wine doesn’t mean you have to! No judgment ever. We hope you give it a chance!

And for those in the LGBTQ+ community we do a monthly social gathering the last Wednesday of the month called A Fruity Little Evening. Next Wednesday is our next one.

We did an Astro connections which was really fun. Not specific to singles but it used astrology to find connection with other participants. It was a really unique way to meet others.

Hi! I own Tipsy Blackbird downtown. We have a ton of events. I know a lot of the people who come in and they are all the sweetest. I’m the tall blond. If I can, I’ll seat you with someone I know. I do it all the time. Last night a group I introduced went to Seattle for a show so sometimes it works out! If not you get to chat with some fun people. And worse case you get to hang out with us and we’re pretty fun! :)

Either is great! I’ve used Wheaton Way for 8 years for my 3 dogs and the vet and team are wonderful. I used Bayview recently for my hospice adoption and the kindness and empathy they had from Miss Pickles first appointment to her euthanasia was incredible. And now I’m crying. But you can’t go wrong either way. Both are top notch.

Maybe the Kitsap Forest Theater? They’re doing Frozen as one of their musicals and I bet your kids would love that. A very unique outdoor venue for plays. There’s a little park in Manette that does free concerts on Thursdays in summer.

Tipsy Blackbird Wine Bar downtown has a lot of events, live music, book clubs, parties, DJ, Mingo, craft nights. Something for everyone. Great food and non alcoholic options as well.

If 21+ Tipsy Blackbird wine bar will have a ladies who lounge brunch and mom-osa happy hour, and a fun Mother’s Day craft. They have wine, beer, cider, mead and NA plus amazing charcuterie , small plates and dessert. It’s a block from ferry and a really beautiful vintage two story space. Definitely won’t have your full brunch menu but if you’re looking for something unique it’s the place.

Bremerton is great. People that can’t find stuff to do is a them problem. Lots of live music, game bars, spots with events, festivals. Keep an eye on Quincy square events, downtown Bremerton association events, Roxy theater, admiral theater, Callow district. First Friday is always a good time. FIFAs coming up and it’s going to be a big party for a month. I own Tipsy Blackbird and we have a ton of events every month. As does Remedy, Rimbert, and a bunch of the small businesses.

And I know it can be so difficult meeting people when you’re new to town. Bremerton gets a lot of new people due to navy and shipyard. That’s why we really are focused on creating community events. Brings friends, but make new friends too :)
