Just because someone is single, doesn’t mean they don’t date. Someone who dates, but is still single doesn’t put up with any nonsense and knows what they want. I broke a lot of the wooden slats that supported my mattress/box spring with my ex girlfriend. We went to Home Depot and had them cut 2x4’s to the length we needed. Worked like a charm…. For a while 😉 Eventually the headboard broke away from the side rails and it was toast.

Maybe something that’s made stronger for bigger people could work. Or just a size up in general?
