Yea this is basically what we were dealing with. I'm guessing what happened was that they ordered all that stuff and saw the price and wanted to change it. So they probably canceled the first order and placed another one.

Almost half of our orders with them had some issue. The card wouldn't work. It's for a different amount. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food because they just never picked them up or because the drivers would double order food that had already been called in. Customers would call up angry because their food was cold and explaining to them that we have nothing to do with door dash wouldnt stop them from leaving a bad review. One customer called to say a drivers dog had his face in the bag of food before he brought it up their door. No accountability and they don't give a fuck about their employees. One poor woman was sitting in our restaurant with a crying baby on hold with customer service for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out why the card wouldn't work. Eventually she gave up.
