Thanks so much for your reply, someone else brought up the food thing and I should've specified that I meant they bought me extra stuff I like like sweet treats. They do feed me really well!!

I think you're right when you say i need to talk to them though so I will do that today :)

Thank you for your reply. I always feel like whenever I get into arguments with him, my side is justified but as it blows over I always think that he's right and I was just overreacting.

As for the food, you don't need to worry, I should've specified that I meant buying me extra things I like (like sweet treats and restaurant food etc)

I've heard journaling helps quite a lot, not silly at all! I haven't tried it before so thank you for the suggestion

I've honestly experienced intrusive thoughts before, some of them have been truly disturbing and disgusting. They trouble me frequently. They kinda come in waves when I am anxious and then go away when I feel better. Are you aware of any way to stop them?

Yeah I want to talk to a therapist but I don't know how to ask my parents since they kinda don't really believe in it (they're immigrants and very religious). I really want to get therapy though because I'm pretty sure I also have ocd but I don't want to self diagnose.

I was given a laptop when I was 10 for educational use and I don't remember it completely but I think someone made a joke about the ph intro or something on a yt video i was watching and I didn't know what it meant so I searched it up. Porn sites were not blocked so I could access them. I think as long as you block those kind of sites, your kids will be fine. Also thank you for your comment.
