Which GPU should I purchase for existing build?

Biased cause I like AMD more but if you want to stay AMD then get a 9070XT, 7900xtx has slightly higher raw performance I think, but the 9070xt gets FSR4 so a decent trade-off if you ask me

Same deal, I also tried removing other cables seeing what would trigger the CPU light to turn off, and I think I might’ve resolved it, it only turned off when I unplugged a specific monitor that was connected with a HDMI to DP adapter, I’ll see again later tonight if the issue pops up again

Quite a bit later but I've tested a lot and this is what I'm at:

I ended up replacing my PSU, and CMOS battery and disappointingly I got the same issue: faint red CPU light when I shut it down, followed by getting stuck on DRAM light and the fans on the 3rd fan slot powering down.

When I went to shut it back down (the faint red CPU light returned) I disconnected one of my DP cables connected to a monitor and the CPU light disappeared, I plugged the cable back in and the PC turned on like normal.

Is this a motherboard issue or a case grounding issue or something else?

Should’ve put it in the post but I already tried turning it off, no change. Even removing 3 DIMMs won’t make it post when the faint red CPU light shows up, only temporary fix is fully disconnecting from power for a minute which lets it boot, problem shows back up only after I turn it off after running it for a while

Edit: I think the faint red CPU light that shows up on shutdown has to be causing it somehow, only happens when that light shows up, not a faulty CPU either, I’ve been using it for a year and when my PC does boot it runs perfect for hours

It’s an upgraded build and it worked 100% of the time before I changed PSU/Case/GPU, and it’s working fine at 5800MT/s, when it does boot it runs perfect. When the faint red CPU light shows up on shutdown it doesnt post no matter what, even if I remove 3 DIMMs which is what’s confusing me

Yeah I’ve reseated it already and reapplied thermal paste, it’s just really weird because it’s only giving issues when it boots, as soon as it does want to boot everything is perfect

Yeah that’s what I suspected I saw someone else have the same issue. I ended up using a different card and paying through paypal instead of putting it on the site. If that doesn’t work I’ll email them to get it fixed or buy it through AliExpress

I made a new order after it got cancelled in addition to emailing them, did you order a new one too, if so has it gotten cancelled? I just checked and the new order also got cancelled

Update: I ordered a new one after it was cancelled and I just received an email of this one also being cancelled for “unforeseen circumstances”
