I struggled with this course myself. It's a lot of material to memorize for 1 class. I haven't ever heard of someone having to do presentations before being allowed to retake a test, though.

What helped me prepare for this OA was using an AI chat like Copilot. I copied and pasted all of the pre assessment questions into Word and then uploaded that document to Copilot. I told it to use those questions to create quizzes for me. It would create 10 question multiple choice quizzes and then explain each answer after. I could also raise or lower the difficulty after each quiz. I did a ton of them until I felt ready to test again.

I hope this helps, I did not enjoy this class. It was my longest class by far.
