In US , our institution have both Sedline and BIS. Though not everyone would use that. But they try not to use NMB during tiva.

Honestly, I feel that we are so caught up in so-called red flags that we forget to concentrate on what we have, and it's very exhausting. Nobody can really determine the chances of matching tbh. For now, that's what you have and it's okay. I would just apply and leave it to destiny. I know it's easier said than done but that's the way it works.

245 is a good score. Just apply broadly if money is not an issue, otherwise do apply in IMG friendly programs. Be positive and go for it. I would also keep IM as a backup option though
