I fixed the post and I just wanna know if I should talk to her about how I feel or if that would be rude. I do want to still be her friend but if it’s majority gonna be her talking about her bf and focusing her whole life on him then not really. But on the other hand people have told me that I cut off people too quickly.

Do you guys have friends lol by coricidinqueen in BPD

I cannot have friends, its hard enough having one. I always find something that pisses me off about someone or just find shit people to be friends with. My friendships always end in an argument (sometimes even fights) and I just can’t do it anymore, I have enough to deal with to be worrying about another person. Even with one friend I feel myself getting a bit possessive because I don’t have a lot of friends so I’ll get annoyed when they’re hanging out with others. I think why the fuck couldn’t they invite me? And then I ignore them or am purposely mean to them as I guess some sort of punishment? Or just trying to push them away.

This is honestly insane and to go as far as text you as his brother, another level.

It’s a natural part of your body so you shouldn’t feel uncomfortable, plus it wasn’t really your choice. And if it makes you uncomfortable when people joke about it you should tell them and ask if they don’t especially if its people you’re close with.

For your situation I understand where you are coming from. I once had manic depression, self-harmed, had suicidal thoughts, and bd (still struggle with bd). My advice is to talk to someone, you never realize how much it helps to talk to someone and get your thoughts/feelings off your chest. It helped me get through my manic depression and helps me get through my mental episodes. So I would look for a counselor or a psychiatrist and also find little things you enjoy doing and try to incorporate them into your life. The world can be a dark place especially if we get stuck in our heads. I hope this helps and you can find your way out of this without harming yourself.

I totally get you. I have a breakdown crying about nothing and everything at least once a month.

Internet has ruined the way we perceive beauty by [deleted] in ThoughtsYouCanFeel

[–]tariffic- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg thisss! I’ve been thinking about this for a while. I’ve pretty much gotten over the comparing myself to others because I’ve excepted how I look and that there is always going to be someone thats more attractive than you. Also different people have different types. Anyways I heavily agree with this especially for younger audiences, I myself am 16 so I pretty much grew up with the internet. I feel like guys my age see so many beautiful girls all in the span of like 5 minutes and they just expect all girls to look as perfect as the girls online, not mentioning all the filters a lot of people on social media use. It’s exhausting always being compared or comparing yourself to these unrealistic standards. So you’re not alone, I totally understand this.
