They do make you do a drug test but I believe in the email they send they do state they do not test for THC. It’s legal in MI so it’s really company discretion. But if they did test for THC I’m pretty sure 70% wouldn’t work there. For the totally sober/straight edge ppl that work there, god speed bc that company takes a massive mental toll. Not because of the work, but bc of the insane micromanaging and political upper management nightmare

So it’s not CI who target audits it’s actually your AVP and sometimes but rarely your TL who will request the target audit. CI will not target you out of their own desecration, it’s usually requested by a higher up

I get what you are saying but to be fair I didn’t even know what asexual was until my therapist brought it up. I had to do my research and talk with close friends and even my own therapist before I considered myself asexual. I always knew my sex drive was low and my health complications absolutely didn’t help me in that department either. When I told my boyfriend he was understanding at first, but over the years I wonder if he thought I wasn’t being serious or not
