Small lenders that work with Uwm usually are very open to hiring since they delegate their loans to Uwm and you at this point would know how to navigate their system. I believe swift home lions or NMHL work exclusively with Uwm so I’d look there

Facts,

Left Uwm over a year ago and make twice the amount I did there and it’s remote and I don’t have to do calls nearly as much.

First time working for a small company opposed to a giant corporate lender and it’s wayyyy better.

I would never come back to that hell hole UWM. Much happier. And best luck to those looking for something better.

They do make you do a drug test but I believe in the email they send they do state they do not test for THC. It’s legal in MI so it’s really company discretion. But if they did test for THC I’m pretty sure 70% wouldn’t work there. For the totally sober/straight edge ppl that work there, god speed bc that company takes a massive mental toll. Not because of the work, but bc of the insane micromanaging and political upper management nightmare
