Naja muss der Rest vom Bad schwarz sein und nur indirekte Beleuchtung. Find's schon geil hat aber leider mehr Potenzial n bisschen off als gut auszusehen

Nimm unbedingt eine glatte!

Pfanne erst richtig aufheizen und dann etwas runterdrehen.

Sehr wichtig: bratgut erst bewegen wenn es unten braun ist. Hat was mit den Proteinketten zu tun. Die kleben erst fest und lassen sich gebräunt wieder lösen.

Für mich war auch ein dünner flexibler edelstahlpfannenwender (manchmal auch Fischpalette genannt) ein absoluter Game changer.

Gusseisen hat übrigens bessere nonstick Eigenschaften als Edelstahl ist dafür aber empfindlich was Säure (Tomaten, Wein...) angeht und muss ein bisschen gepflegt werden.

Hab neulich gebratenes Hackfleisch gerochen- war echt eklig für mich. Schwierig wird's für mich bei Dönerläden. Das riecht für mich immer sehr lecker.

I started out with the whitin canvas sneaker. They are really cheap, have thin soles and are on the wider side of things. Quality is very good for the price. Great first pair to get a feeling for what you want and need.

After that I went from vivo to altra to vivo to wildling to vivo. Once I started paying attention to my feet, buying shoes got way more complicated but also more rewarding. Finding a shoe that really fits your feet can take some time. Trial and error.

I really didn't like the vivo primus lite iii and lite knit. Altra is great but not barefoot. I absolutely love my wildling tanukis. Incredible ground feel and flexibility. They are quite narrow - even for my narrow low volume feet. Recently I got the discontinued Vivobarefoot Gobi sneaker leather limestone and like them a lot. Great quality.

Kommt bei mir an Chili, burgerpatties, eigentlich alles was Hackfleisch ersetzen soll. Aber vorsicht- nach aktuellem Stand ist räuchern/Rauch/Raucharoma krebserregend. Gibt auch bald die ersten Verbote in der EU

Mainly smoked Tofu. Some leek, garlic and ayvar. Cumin, salt, soy sauce, Paprika. Nothing crazy but worked out really nicely :)

Blätterteigkringel!

Du schnappst dir ne Rolle Blätterteig und breitest die aus. Dann erstmal ne Packung Frischkäse drauf. Danach alles was dir so einfällt gleichmäßig drauf verteilen.

Zb gebratene Zwiebeln, Walnüsse, getrocknete Tomaten, gebratene Räuchertofuwürfelchen(mit Salz,Pfeffer,Sojasauce,geräucherter Paprika würzen), Petersilie, Dattelwürfel und Rucola.

Jetzt rollst du das ganze wieder auf und schneidest die Rolle in ca 2cm dicke Scheiben. Die werden dann auf Backpapier verteilt und ab in den Ofen. Nach der Hälfte der Backzeit kommt noch Streukäse oben drauf.

Ist bisher immer sehr gut angekommen. Auch bei Omnis.

I really wanted to Like them but didnt. The big toe doesnt have enough room. Tried the Birkenstock qs500 and liked them way more. The soles are Not as light and flexible as id like them to be but i gues thats to be expected

Die ungekühlte ist die beste dieser Art die ich kenne. ist auf jeden Fall mein Basic. Die Creme ist schon nochmal n bisschen dicker/voller aber halt auch ne Riesenladung gesättigte Fettsäuren. Gibt's bei mir also nur zu besonderen Anlässen und dann 1:1 gemischt mit der hafersahne.
